Achievers are not only successful in their endeavours, but they also serve as an inspiration for others to strive towards excellence. At our institution, we recognize the importance of fostering a competitive spirit and providing equal opportunities for both academic and co-curricular development. Students are the young intelligent seedlings of the human civilization; they need to be nurtured with values and discipline. Students' energy and verve can be rightly channelized through sports. At Subodh, we understand the significance of sports and have made it an integral part of our college culture. We have achieved remarkable feats in sports, not only at state level but at national as well as international level.
Through participation in different games and sports, students learn co-operation, teamwork, leadership methods and time management. Games also help students in discovering their hidden talents, to interact with different people and make them aware about varied issues outside their own environment. The environment, guidance and support given by the administration and faculty, nourishes the talent and opens new avenues for further development. Sports and games are important for the holistic development of an individual. It helps in building of character, value, physical and mental strength. Sports can tell us a lot about ourselves as individuals and as a society. Till today the college has produced plenty of state, national and international players. Sports of several kinds are played across nations and with the passage of time huge amounts of money, name, fame, and glamour and media attention have become an integral part of any sport.
